Tom Skinner founded The Skinner Law Group APC in 2020 after spending several years representing tenants at housing law nonprofits. The firm’s mission is to provide affordable legal services to workers and tenants. We serve most of our clients on contingency. For tenants for whom contingency services can’t be provided, we only charge legal fees when we’re confident our client will receive significant value from our services.
